1. Standard Liability

Beeno Speedline Cargo Service offers limited liability for loss or damage to cargo based on international shipping standards. Our liability is restricted to specific weight or value limits unless additional insurance is purchased.

2. Optional Cargo Insurance

We offer optional cargo insurance to provide full coverage for the declared value of your goods. This protects against risks including loss, theft, damage, fire, or natural disasters during transit.

To activate insurance:

  • You must declare the full value of the cargo at the time of booking.
  • Insurance fees are calculated based on the value and nature of the shipment.
  • Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery with supporting documents.

3. Exclusions of Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage due to:

  • Improper or insufficient packaging
  • Prohibited or restricted items
  • Acts of war, natural disasters, or government actions
  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses or incomplete documentation
  • Hidden damage not visible upon delivery

4. Claims Process

To file a claim, contact our support team and provide:

  • Shipment details and tracking number
  • Proof of value (invoice/receipt)
  • Photographic evidence of damage (if applicable)

Claims are reviewed within 10 business days. Approved claims will be processed as per insurance terms.
